Lead the new Oakridge boutique to achieve business goals by providing strategic direction, developing the store team, and driving sales performance while ensuring operational excellence and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales team to meet budget targets and monitor store KPIs
- Develop and update annual store strategies and business plans with cross-functional partners
- Identify performance opportunities and implement action plans with corporate teams
- Manage personnel and discounting costs to align with financial projections
- Analyze category performance and collaborate with Merchandising on strategies
- Use reporting tools to inform business reviews with team and corporate partners
- Coach and develop direct reports to prepare them for advancement
- Ensure consistent execution of selling standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Maintain strong relationships with mall management and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Ten years of experience in luxury retail or working with luxury items
- Proven managerial experience with team development and performance management
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to build industry relationships and local market awareness
- Flexible availability for retail hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn store systems
- Knowledge of loss prevention, inventory management, and retail operations
