Summary
The Store Director will lead a team of sales professionals to drive brand engagement, customer loyalty and achieve business goals while ensuring compliance with headquarters directives and cultivating a strong store culture.
Responsibilities
- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to meet sales targets
- Recruit, develop and retain store talent
- Coach staff and ensure professional growth and training
- Define and monitor quantitative and qualitative goals and KPIs
- Analyze daily, weekly and monthly results and set yearly assessments
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with back office operations
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR and stock organization processes
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand
Requirements
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
- 4 to 6 years of successful managerial retail experience
- Experience managing a team of at least 10
- Adaptability, openness, risk taking, dynamism and strong listening skills
- Curiosity and strong customer focus
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
- Ability to enforce compliance with headquarters directions and brand standards
