Store Director

Summary

Lead the store to achieve business goals by promoting brand engagement and customer loyalty, while recruiting developing and retaining a high performing sales team and ensuring compliance with headquarters directives and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and promote professional growth and training of staff
• Define and drive targeted quantitative and qualitative goals
• Analyze results and monitor daily weekly and monthly KPIs
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively working on the selling floor
• Maintain high sensitivity to customer experience and drive loyalty
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with back office operations
• Ensure compliance with legal safety internal requirements and stock organization
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
• 4 to 6 years of successful managerial retail experience
• Experience managing a team of at least 10
• Adaptability openness risk taking strong listening skills and curiosity
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
