Store Director

As a Store Director in San Francisco, you will lead a dynamic team to promote brand engagement and customer loyalty, achieving business goals while fostering a positive store culture. You will report to the VP of Retail and play a crucial role in talent management and compliance with company directives.

• Ensure professional growth and training of staff with a coaching approach.
• Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Analyze results and set up yearly assessments through KPIs.
• Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor.
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
• 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10.
• Adaptability, openness, and strong listening abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
