Store Director

As a Store Director at Saint Laurent in San Francisco, you will lead a dynamic team to promote brand engagement and achieve business goals. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with corporate directions and fostering a positive store culture.

• Lead the team in alignment with corporate initiatives, sales goals, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
• Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Analyze results and set up yearly assessments and KPIs.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization.
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in retail management.
• Experience managing a team of 5 or more.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Adaptability, openness, risk-taking, dynamic, and strong listening abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead sales teams.
• Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is a plus.
