Store Director - Shops at Crystals

As a Store Director at the Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas, you will lead and support the sales and operations of a Tiffany store, aiming to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets. You will embody the LVMH Values, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and delivering excellence while building spheres of influence within the store, the mall, and the city.

• Lead and develop the sales and operations team to achieve commercial targets and drive client loyalty.
• Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
• Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
• Hire and develop talent to create a best-in-class service and selling organization.
• Foster an inclusive environment and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.

• 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales goals.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• A college/university degree is desired.
