Store Director - Soho

Summary

The Store Director leads and develops store sales and operations to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets. This role builds a service-oriented team, delivers exceptional client experiences, and partners with the Market Vice President.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales plans, client development, client relationships, and business growth.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver memorable in-store experiences and improve service based on client feedback.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent through coaching, performance management, and development plans.
• Work actively on the sales floor and support store operations as business needs require.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing work.
• Proven success generating sales and achieving sales goals.
• Strong client relationship, team development, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• College degree and gemology coursework or a graduate gemologist degree preferred.
