Store Director - Southpark

As a Store Director at Balenciaga Southpark, you will be responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to clients, achieving sales and KPIs goals, and managing the store team. You will ensure compliance with all processes and guidelines set by the headquarters to bring the store to its full potential.

• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyze results and set up constant assessments.
• Understand and monitor local business environment and market trends.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment and provide a clear vision for the team.
• Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
• Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador and sustain the culture of the brand.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
• Supervise warehouse stock and ensure safety of products.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.

• 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position in the luxury retail industry.
