Summary
The Store Director will lead store strategy, operations, sales performance, and people development to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience and drive business results. This role requires cross-functional leadership to optimize store functionality, manage inventory and visual standards, and represent the brand through high professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and KPIs through strategic planning and on-floor leadership.
- Lead client experience initiatives and oversee clienteling and after-sales service.
- Develop and coach store leadership and staff through performance management and training.
- Manage store operations including inventory control, loss prevention, and merchandising standards.
- Plan and execute local events and product launches to engage clients and drive traffic.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll submissions, and recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health safety, and security procedures.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Maintain brand image through professional presence and adherence to grooming standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to analyze selling reports.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
