Store Fulfillment Planner - Program Manager 2

Summary

The Store Fulfillment Planner will own monthly and weekly planning cadences for store digital fulfillment volumes, translate volumes to transportation inputs, and partner with operations and HR to set and operationalize plans. The role requires strong data analytics, pragmatic decision making, and the ability to establish new routines and stakeholder relationships to drive planning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and weekly store fulfillment volume planning at the store and day level
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Planning Manager and Store Fulfillment Operations and HR
• Translate store fulfillment volumes to transportation inputs for final mile planning
• Analyze prior week and day plan variance to identify root causes and actions
• Adjust and improve models to inform planning assumptions and variance analysis
• Provide user requirements and feedback to Product Management partners
• Support weekly business rhythms and executive reporting including reviews
• Execute ad hoc analysis using Excel and SQL to resolve planning risks

Requirements

• 5+ years of planning or analytics experience
• Advanced Excel skills and basic to intermediate SQL skills
• Experience in demand, fulfillment, store labor planning, or retail supply chain preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate stakeholders to drive action
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort engaging business leaders
