Store Manager - Mall of America

As a Store Manager at Prada in the Mall of America, you will be a key leader responsible for driving overall store performance and ensuring an extraordinary client experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, leading the store team to achieve sales targets and fostering a client-centric environment.

• Drive and maximize sales performances and develop business plans.
• Lead the store team to exceed KPIs and represent the company in the local market.
• Ensure a proper approach and service to clients on the sales floor.
• Foster Omni Channel development and meet store-operating budgets.
• Develop and maintain solid client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Implement clienteling initiatives and foster a strong private appointment culture.
• Promote team spirit and ensure professional growth through effective communication.
• Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
• Develop sales strategies in cooperation with merchandising and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
• Cooperate with the Retail Events Office for local event organization.

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to motivate and persuade people with a strong customer service mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident with market and product knowledge.
• Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
