Store Manager - Prince Street

As a Store Manager at our Prince Street global flagship location in New York, you will lead the daily operations of the store, managing the team, merchandise, and sales results. You will report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for loss prevention compliance, human resources management, and visual merchandising presentation. Your leadership will ensure positive and inclusive client experiences, contributing to the store's commercial success.

• Lead the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Implement a culture that leverages all KPIs and analyze sales figures to understand performance and sales opportunities.
• Deliver excellence in customer experience and drive the team to build strong client relationships.
• Ensure development and execution of company CRM initiatives and promote brand awareness through community engagement.
• Partner with the visual merchandising team to maintain store visual standards and improve sales through visual merchandising.
• Develop, train, and motivate associates to achieve sales objectives and lead the recruitment process.
• Manage day-to-day store operations to meet key performance indicators and profit expectations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with loss prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.

• 10+ years of retail experience with a minimum of 5 years managing others in a customer service environment.
• Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze retail KPIs and business trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and customer experience.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
