Summary
Lead the daily operations of the Aventura retail store, managing team performance, merchandise presentation, sales targets, loss prevention, and overall customer experience to drive commercial success. Report to the Regional Manager and ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive performance
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met in partnership with the visual team
- Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate associates and oversee onboarding
- Manage day to day store operations including inventory accuracy and shrink control
- Maintain store operating budget and manage payroll submission
- Comply with loss prevention audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations
- Plan schedules to ensure adequate floor coverage and optimize staffing
Requirements
- 8+ years of retail experience
- Minimum of 3+ years managing others in a customer service environment
- Proven ability to motivate, develop, and coach team members
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze KPI and sales reports
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
