Summary
The Store Manager is the brand leader responsible for achieving store business objectives, driving sales growth, delivering exceptional client service, and managing daily store operations. This role leads talent development including recruitment, coaching, performance management, and ensures flawless execution of company initiatives and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and productivity through KPI management including sales, UPT, conversion, and inventory.
- Conduct business analysis and implement action plans with the Regional Director to grow business.
- Lead sales floor activity, engage top clients, and ensure high level customer service and client relationship development.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop store team members while managing performance and career pathing.
- Manage daily store operations including scheduling, payroll, cash management, shipping and receiving, and inventory control.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget to control costs.
- Oversee after sales operations and in-store consignment programs to maximize client engagement.
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards and floor changeovers as required.
- Train staff on product knowledge and respond to competitive and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record in sales generation, client building, and employee development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyze business data and take action to drive results.
- Attention to detail and strong business acumen.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and stand for majority of a 40-hour workweek.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
