Job Description

Summary

Lead and develop the store team to achieve business goals while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Drive sales, build client portfolios, manage store operations and budget, and foster team development through coaching and hands-on leadership. Serve as a role model on the sales floor and implement actions to grow the store’s performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a motivated and trained store team through coaching and feedback
  • Drive client acquisition and retention while building sustainable client relationships
  • Demonstrate role model selling and effective sales floor management
  • Manage store operations including budget oversight and daily workflows
  • Recruit and onboard new team members to support business needs
  • Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to meet targets
  • Ensure exceptional client experience aligned with brand standards

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a client centric retail environment
  • Experience managing store operations and budgets
  • Strong sales leadership with ability to build client portfolios and drive repurchase
  • Passion for people development and hands on coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be present on the sales floor and lead by example
  • Recruitment and team building experience
