Summary

The Store Manager will lead and develop the store team to drive business performance and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role is responsible for sales leadership, operations, and driving client development to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team through hands-on management and coaching
• Build client portfolios and drive client repurchase rates
• Cross-sell and identify business opportunities to grow sales
• Manage sales floor to ensure outstanding client experience
• Recruit, train, and engage high performing team members
• Provide regular feedback and development plans for staff
• Oversee store operations and ensure adherence to standards
• Manage store budget and report to Regional Retail Director
