Store Manager

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Aspen, reporting to the VP of Retail West Coast. The Store Manager will support store operations, business performance, customer service, and uphold the company image.

• Support store operations, including business performance and customer service.
• Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals.
• Maximize business potential and sales by department in line with company strategy.
• Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and drive sales.
• Monitor data quality in sales staff's client books and propose action plans.
• Manage recruiting for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
• Facilitate staff trainings and new hire inductions.
• Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional service to clientele and manage customer relationships.
• Perform operational functions: open/close store, register, and back office management.
• Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
• Ability to work in a team with organizational awareness and flexibility.
• Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
