Store Manager

Summary

Manage all store operations and lead the team to achieve sales targets while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Report to the Market Director and support business performance, recruitment, training, and day to day operational procedures. Coach and mentor associates to develop skills and maximize sales potential across departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of store and individual sales targets
• Support store operations including opens closes register and back office procedures
• Coach mentor and develop retail associates to improve performance
• Manage recruiting and maintain a pool of potential candidates
• Facilitate staff trainings and new hire inductions with follow up
• Monitor and ensure quality of client book data and propose action plans
• Uphold and enforce brand standards procedures and company image
• Deliver exceptional service and manage customer relationships professionally

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team working abilities
• Organizational awareness flexibility and adaptability
• Deep knowledge of products and brand philosophy
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with recruitment training and staff development
