Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager will lead the Dallas boutique to achieve sales and service objectives while embodying the Maison’s luxury standards. You will develop and coach the store team, manage high-level client relationships and clienteling strategies, and drive bespoke events and partnerships to strengthen the store’s market presence. You will also oversee daily operations, inventory management and staff planning to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and implement Retail Excellence guidelines to meet quantitative and qualitative targets
• Assign and monitor individual objectives and translate yearly targets into weekly and daily plans
• Lead, inspire and develop the store team, ensuring succession planning, retention and training
• Manage high-level client relationships, oversee clienteling and personally handle top clients and VICs
• Plan staff schedules and allocate resources to ensure floor coverage and service levels
• Oversee stock management, alterations, couriers and operational activities to optimize cost and efficiency
• Develop and execute bespoke activities, trunk shows, at-home services and external partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years in a managerial position within luxury boutiques
• Strong knowledge of high-end fashion and current fashion trends
• Proven coaching and development skills with a business-minded approach
• Fluent in English with excellent client orientation and networking abilities
• Drive, flexibility and the ability to represent the brand externally
