Overview
Our client is seeking a Store Manager to open and lead a new luxury menswear outlet in Desert Hills, California. This full-time, on-site role will oversee a team of approximately five and report to the Outlet Director. The search is urgent, and the client can accommodate an immediate start.
Responsibilities
Lead store opening preparations and establish day-to-day operating practices.
Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of approximately five.
Drive sales performance while delivering attentive, knowledgeable client service.
Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store operations in line with company standards.
Partner with the Outlet Director on performance goals and store priorities.
Requirements
Experience managing a retail store and leading a small team.
Background in luxury fashion, menswear, or a comparable premium retail environment.
Ability to manage a store opening and build effective routines for a new team.
Availability to work on-site in Desert Hills, California, with flexibility for an immediate start.
