As a Store Manager at our Crystals, Las Vegas Boutique, you will be responsible for managing and operating a single store, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and maintaining the brand's integrity and image. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, including client service, inventory control, and staff management, while fostering a high level of morale and team spirit.

• Achieve store sales goals and control expenses.
• Ensure exemplary client service through staff monitoring and coaching.
• Manage stock fill-in and merchandise presentation to maximize sales.
• Oversee store maintenance, housekeeping, and organization.
• Make confident and knowledgeable decisions for smooth store operations.
• Conduct inventory control and effective staff management.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, dedicating 25% of time to training.
• Create a positive team environment with high morale and team spirit.
• Ensure adequate coverage levels and synchronize managers' schedules.
• Conduct weekly store meetings and daily sales reviews.
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies to achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and corporate office.

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
