Summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals, manage expenses, and recommend sales and marketing strategies.

• Oversee store operations, presentation, maintenance, and organization.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff; oversee training and personnel development plans.
• Manage schedules, meetings, store coverage, and communication with staff and corporate teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in luxury.
• Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
