- Monitor store performance by reviewing sales weekly and optimizing staffing models.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop CRM strategies and monitor performance.
- Provide input on opportunities to capitalize on sales and improve customer experience.
- Partner with Retail Buyer & Retail Director to identify and develop relevant trainings.
- Maintain positive relationships and business reports with corporate and regional offices.
- Manage stock levels and merchandise assortment, ensuring proper SKU levels and inventory management.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with HR for staffing and recruiting.
- Develop and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure store appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards.
Requirements- 5+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
