Store Manager - Green Hills

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Nordstrom Green Hills in Nashville. As a Store Manager, you will report to the Director of Concessions and play a crucial role in supporting the operations of the store, driving sales targets, and maintaining the company's image.

• Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and company image.
• Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals.
• Maximize business potential and sales by department in line with company strategy.
• Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and support growth.
• Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff's client books and propose action plans.
• Manage recruiting for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
• Facilitate staff trainings and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps.
• Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional service to clientele by upholding brand service values and standards.
• Perform operational functions: open and close the store, manage register and back office procedures.
• Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect.

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
• Ability to work in a team, possess organizational awareness and flexibility.
• Strong knowledge of products and philosophy of the brand.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
