Store Manager

As a Store Manager at James Perse in Wilmette, IL, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, and client development. • Develop and implement store business strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

• Recruit, onboard, and train staff, setting performance goals and conducting appraisals.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with regional directors to achieve business objectives.

• 5-8 years of experience in retail sales or related field, with at least 3 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and retail systems.
• Ability to relocate is preferable.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent required; College Degree Preferred.
