Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager will lead all aspects of the new Scottsdale store, including sales, staff, merchandise, and client development. This role is responsible for achieving sales objectives and store profitability while maintaining high operational and merchandising standards. The manager will build and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow the stores clientele.

Responsibilities

• Develop local store business strategy, client development plans, staff incentives, and partnerships to drive traffic and sales.
• Lead the sales floor, coach and motivate associates, recognize top performers, and drive KPIs (UPT, ADT, etc.).
• Manage clienteling, schedule appointments, ensure fitting room and POS execution, and elevate the customer experience.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store staff; set performance goals and manage retention and succession planning.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, visual merchandising, replenishment, and store standards to minimize shrink.
• Manage store operations including transfers, receiving, timekeeping, daily/weekly reporting, and P&L responsibility for controllable expenses.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of retail sales or related experience with at least 3 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) and experience with retail POS systems (Teamwork or similar).
• Cultivated clientele following preferred; foreign language skills a plus; ability to relocate preferable for career development.
• High school graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
