Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at Louis Vuitton Keystone Crossing, you will lead and develop the store team to achieve business success. You will be responsible for building sustainable client relationships and ensuring every client receives exceptional service in line with the Louis Vuitton promise.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the store team through innovative and motivating management and coaching.
  • Build client portfolios and drive client repurchase rates through effective sales leadership.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
  • Manage store operations and budget while ensuring the client experience remains a top priority.
  • Recruit, train, and engage highly motivated teams, providing regular feedback and development plans.
  • Act as a role model in selling and floor management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a sophisticated, client-centric retail environment.
  • Strong sales leadership skills with a passion for people development and leadership.
  • Ability to thrive on first-hand contact with the team and clients.
  • Proven track record in team management and business development.
