Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at KREWE, you will lead our upcoming Birmingham store team, driving sales and ensuring operational excellence in a vibrant retail environment. You will act as a brand ambassador, building a pipeline of customers and candidates while maintaining visual brand standards.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI results.
  • Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process.
  • Manage labor and scheduling according to business requirements.
  • Ensure operational excellence.
  • Hire and train all team members effectively.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build external pipeline of customers and candidates.
  • Strategize and execute events.
  • Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists.
  • Maintain visual brand standards at all times.
  • Act as a style advisor to every customer.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales and management.
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic.
  • Understanding of all aspects of store operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented working environment.
  • Proven history of exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent conversational skills and product presentation.
  • Passion for providing a unique customer experience.
  • Ability to meet customer demands intuitively.
  • Self-sufficiency in organizing and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Flexibility in a collaborative retail environment.
  • Inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, and a self-motivated attitude.
