Summary
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the Los Angeles boutique, drive sales and events, and ensure operational and visual excellence while building a high-performing team and representing the brand in market.
Responsibilities
- Lead local grassroots marketing to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic
- Plan and execute in store and offsite events from concept through reporting
- Achieve store event and revenue targets and drive KPI results
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and labor to meet business requirements
- Lead the sales cycle and coach the team to exceed sales goals
- Partner with marketing and PR to ensure cohesive brand experiences
- Maintain visual brand standards and ensure event supplies are delivered on time
- Act as a style advisor and brand ambassador to build customer and candidate pipelines
- Ensure operational excellence across store functions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales and management
- Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and interest in eyewear
- Proven history of exceeding sales expectations and KPIs
- Experience planning and executing retail events is advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to manage scheduling, operations, and multiple priorities
- Customer focused with a knack for conversation and styling
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a fast paced retail environment
