Summary
Lead daily store operations and sales performance while managing and developing a high-performing luxury retail team. Ensure exceptional client experiences, uphold brand standards, and drive achievement of business objectives through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales performance by analyzing metrics and implementing action plans to meet targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIP client initiatives and relationships.
- Collaborate with assistant manager and HR on staffing, training, and performance management.
- Create career development plans and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Manage operational procedures including inventory, cycle counts, and fiscal inventory.
- Oversee after sales processes such as alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
- Report and manage store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
- Control store expenses related to profit and loss and optimize expenditures within budget.
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
- Experience managing five or more employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Experience managing a high volume store and driving results.
- Knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and work weekends.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
