Job Description

Summary

Lead daily store operations and sales performance while managing and developing a high-performing luxury retail team. Ensure exceptional client experiences, uphold brand standards, and drive achievement of business objectives through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales performance by analyzing metrics and implementing action plans to meet targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIP client initiatives and relationships.
  • Collaborate with assistant manager and HR on staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Create career development plans and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Manage operational procedures including inventory, cycle counts, and fiscal inventory.
  • Oversee after sales processes such as alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
  • Report and manage store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Control store expenses related to profit and loss and optimize expenditures within budget.
  • Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
  • Experience managing five or more employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience managing a high volume store and driving results.
  • Knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and work weekends.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
