Responsibilities
- Oversee sales performance and implement action plans to meet quantitative targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIP client initiatives.
- Coach, develop, and provide feedback to the store team and collaborate with HR on hiring.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
- Oversee after sales processes such as alterations and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, labor laws, and safety protocols.
- Manage store expenses and contribute to profit and loss objectives.
- Lead team meetings and communicate priorities and store performance updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and retail digital tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Experience managing high volume store operations and inventory.
- Ability to travel and work weekends.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to develop career plans and coach team members.
