Summary
Lead the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales performance in a luxury retail environment. Coach and develop staff, manage recruitment and succession planning, and implement strategies to maximize product performance through merchandising and clienteling. Provide retail leadership and insights to senior regional management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards
- Build and manage a personal client portfolio and drive client repurchase and cross selling
- Recruit, develop and retain high performing staff and establish succession plans
- Coach team members on product knowledge brand experience and customer service
- Oversee sales floor operations to maximize business opportunities
- Implement visual merchandising and clienteling strategies to enhance product performance
- Provide sales data insights and industry expertise to Retail Director and Regional Vice President
- Ensure consistent delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise standards
Requirements
- Proven luxury retail management experience within a multinational organization
- Extensive people management and leadership experience in a high profile retail brand
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the luxury market
- Excellent clienteling sales and cross selling skills
- Ability to recruit train and develop teams
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience with visual merchandising and retail performance strategies
