Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at Louis Vuitton in Portland, you will lead and develop the store team through innovative and motivating hands-on management and coaching. You will inspire your team to build sustainable client relationships and ensure every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the store team through hands-on management and coaching.
  • Build and maintain client portfolios, driving client repurchase rates and cross-selling.
  • Enhance business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
  • Ensure the client experience remains the top priority at all times.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
  • Supervise store operations and budget.
  • Recruit, train, and engage highly motivated teams.
  • Provide regular feedback and development plans for team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sophisticated, client-centric retail environment.
  • Passion for people development and leadership.
  • Ability to thrive on first-hand contact with the team and clients.
  • Strong sales leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
