Store Manager

As a Store Manager at MCM in Cabazon, CA, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the overall performance of the store. You will lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards. Your role will involve strategic planning and collaboration with senior management to maximize sales and profitability.

• Oversee sales and performance of the store and each sales associate.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Recommend business strategies to meet sales targets.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Analyze sell-through and communicate with division heads on product availability and market trends.
• Enforce security measures and maintain inventory accuracy to achieve optimum shrinkage results.
• Lead and develop a high-performance team through training, coaching, and motivational activities.
• Provide a professional work environment and ensure staff are knowledgeable on products and company information.
• Maintain active social relationships with clients and the community.
• Ensure compliance with operational and company policies and procedures.
• Manage operational costs and budgetary expenses efficiently.
• Hire and retain a dynamic workforce aligned with customer values and service expectations.
• Manage the selling floor environment through coaching and goal setting.
• Build competency plans and learning goals for team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or Business preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in retail management, luxury experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Proficiency in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
