Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, margin, and profitability goals in partnership with senior management.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and security standards.
• Analyze sell-through, product availability, and market trends to improve store performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team; set goals and hold employees accountable.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with clients and the community.
• Oversee store operations, budgets, costs, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• At least five years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty retail, business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, commercial awareness, and business acumen.
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Bachelor's degree in fashion, merchandising, or business preferred.
