Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at KREWE on Magazine Street, you will represent our brand on a global scale by providing world-class in-person customer experiences. You will lead your team in delivering exceptional customer service and impeccable brand standards, while achieving sales and profitability goals. This role involves developing a successful team motivated to grow and advance with KREWE.

Responsibilities
  • Execute retail and optical strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive store traffic.
  • Make informed recommendations to increase sales and improve customer relationships.
  • Lead the team using company tools to meet sales goals and identify training needs.
  • Recruit and hire talent with experience in elevated customer service environments.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
  • Ensure adherence to visual brand standards and manage inventory levels.
  • Complete required reporting and manage store to deliver P&L objectives.
  • Identify opportunities in product, sales, and team development.
  • Resolve customer issues and collaborate with business partners to support goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales and management; optical experience preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to translate sales goals into actionable plans.
  • Ability to manage a high-visibility store with frequent executive visits.
  • Passion for providing a unique customer experience and exceeding expectations.
  • Self-sufficient in organizing and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Flexible and collaborative in a retail environment.
  • Interest in fashion and design, with a self-motivated and fun-loving attitude.
