Summary

Lead and inspire the upcoming Malibu store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales and KPI goals. Oversee daily store operations, hiring, training, visual standards, and event execution while acting as a brand ambassador for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI results.
  • Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process.
  • Manage labor scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
  • Hire, train, and develop store team members.
  • Ensure operational excellence and maintain visual brand standards.
  • Strategize and execute in-store events and community outreach.
  • Act as style advisor and brand ambassador to customers.
  • Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists.
  • Maintain flexibility and a collaborative retail environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales and management.
  • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and interest in eyewear.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales expectations.
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic.
  • Keen understanding of store operations and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent communication and customer presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
