Summary
Lead daily store operations for the Woodburn location including team management, merchandise, visual presentation, loss prevention, and achieving sales results. Report to the Regional Manager and drive an inclusive clienteling culture to support commercial success and brand presence. Partner with corporate teams on visual merchandising, HR, and operational standards to meet KPIs and profit objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead team to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive performance
- Ensure store visual standards in partnership with visual merchandising team
- Recruit, develop, coach, and manage associates including performance processes
- Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with loss prevention audits
- Manage day to day store operations and store operating budget
- Schedule staff to optimize coverage and control payroll
- Promote brand awareness through community engagement and store events
- Ensure onboarding and ongoing training for new hires
Requirements
- 8+ years retail experience
- Minimum 3+ years managing others in a customer service environment
- Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze retail KPIs and selling reports
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for the brand and customer experience
