Summary
Lead the store as Brand Leader to achieve business objectives through strategic planning, exceptional client service, talent development, and efficient store operations. Drive sales growth, execute company initiatives, and represent the brand within the marketplace while ensuring operational excellence and team development.
Responsibilities
- Manage store sales performance and key KPIs including conversion, productivity, and inventory management.
- Execute company strategies and maintain high standards for in-store presentation and client experience.
- Provide hands-on sales leadership and coach team members through in the moment feedback and formal development.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop talent while building a strong local talent pipeline.
- Oversee daily store operations including cash management, payroll, scheduling, shipping and receiving, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with Regional Director and HR on employee relations and performance management.
- Support visual merchandising standards and execute floor changes as required.
- Analyze business reports and coordinate with business partners to optimize stock levels and sell-through.
- Manage after sales operations and consignment programs to enhance client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record in sales generation, clienteling, and employee development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business analysis skills.
- Ability to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
- High attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour workweek.
