Summary
The Store Manager leads the boutique's commercial performance, client experience, operations, and team development. This role translates business priorities into action while representing the brand and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity, client development, and operational objectives using business insights and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences, build clienteling and CRM practices, and resolve escalated client concerns.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain talent while supporting succession planning and team engagement.
- Oversee store operations, including payroll, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, compliance, and after-sales service.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on merchandising, visual presentation, events, and regional priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- At least five years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience, including high-volume store management or comparable experience.
- Strong commercial acumen, luxury client experience, clienteling, CRM, and relationship-development expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams and manage retail operations, financial information, and technology systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
