Responsibilities- Ensure Moncler Americas Sales and Service standards are consistently embodied by all store employees.
- Drive store sales and productivity through key KPI management, including store sales, UPT, conversion, repurchase rate, productivity, and inventory management.
- Conduct business analysis and develop action plans in collaboration with the Regional Director to strategically grow the business.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging with top clients and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Lead the team in establishing client relationships and proposing local events and consignment through continuous networking.
- Coach and ensure all store staff comply with company initiatives, including training and selling programs.
- Manage employee performance to ensure individual growth and career pathing for future leaders.
- Attract, recruit, and hire high-caliber talent, building a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Oversee daily operations and maintain operational excellence, ensuring efficiency and protection of company assets.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain the store operating budget while aiming to reduce overall costs.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by HQ and the Americas visual team.
- Analyze reporting and support stock levels to maintain high sell-through and alignment with new product launches.
- Train and communicate current product knowledge to all associates to ensure full education on brand pillars and season strategy.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele, and employee development.
- Results-driven and customer-focused with strong leadership qualities.
- Impeccable communication skills at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and business acumen.
- Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
