Summary
The Store Manager leads the boutique to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business targets by developing and executing store strategies, coaching the team, and representing the brand in the local market. This role oversees sales performance, store operations, visual merchandising, CRM and events, and talent management to ensure the boutique operates at the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and implement action plans to meet and exceed store KPIs and profitability targets.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the boutique team while managing recruitment and succession planning with HR.
- Lead CRM and clienteling efforts to recruit, retain, and upgrade clients and manage the client database.
- Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, shipping receiving, and administrative audits.
- Collaborate with merchandising and buying to ensure appropriate product assortment and stock rotation.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are executed to reflect brand strategy and maximize sales.
- Plan and execute store strategies annually and quarterly, reporting on sales trends to leadership.
- Manage personnel expenses within budget and enforce discounting policies to preserve brand integrity.
- Foster a motivating and inclusive work environment and handle conflict management and delicate personnel situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store management or a leadership role.
- Experience in luxury or department store management preferred.
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze KPIs and implement action plans.
- Proven team development and leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in store sales and operations systems.
