Summary
Lead and manage all store operations as the owner of the business, driving sales performance, overseeing merchandise and visual standards, and building a high-performing team while delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsible for P&L, operational excellence, talent development, and collaborating with corporate partners on strategy and events.
Responsibilities
- Drive and increase sales performance and develop sales strategies across product categories.
- Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance and client acquisition.
- Manage inventory, stock assortment, cycle counts, and shrink control.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards, CRM use, and development of VIP clientele.
- Oversee administrative tasks including schedules, sales and operational reporting, and adherence to policies.
- Lead and mentor the team through coaching, performance monitoring, and succession planning.
- Recruit and attract talent through networking and scouting.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are displayed.
- Collaborate with Retail Events and merchandising teams to run events and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years related experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
