The Store Manager leads the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales KPIs, maintain brand merchandising standards, and oversee recruitment and development of staff in a luxury retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop qualified talent for the store.
- Coach associates with motivating and constructive performance feedback.
- Staff the store appropriately to ensure consistent customer service.
- Maintain brand presentation and operational standards on the sales floor.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs and implement action plans.
- Manage product inventory accuracy and asset protection.
- Handle employee relations issues including attendance and performance.
- Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail management experience, preferably in a luxury selling environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Financial acumen and ability to analyze sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20 pounds and remain stationary during shifts.
