Store Manager - Rosewood Miramar

Summary

The Store Manager at Rosewood Miramar leads all store operations to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards. Reporting to the Market Director, the role coaches and develops sales associates, manages recruiting and training, and maximizes the store's business potential. The manager is also responsible for daily operational functions including opening and closing procedures, register and back office management.

Responsibilities

• Support overall store operations, business performance, customer service, and company image
• Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals
• Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and improve sales performance
• Monitor client book data quality and work with staff to implement action plans
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, staff training, and maintain a pool of potential candidates
• Perform operational duties: open/close store, oversee register and back office procedures, and enforce standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role
• Ability to work effectively in a team with organizational awareness and flexibility
• Strong product knowledge and ability to adapt to brand philosophy
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor and develop associates and to drive sales results
