Summary

As Store Manager you will lead the Livermore outlet boutique to drive sales, develop and maintain client relationships, and deliver operational excellence. You will recruit, coach and motivate a high-end retail team while managing HR functions and store processes. The role focuses on achieving KPI targets through CRM, events and local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand the customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales opportunities
• Implement and manage the boutique’s client outreach and CRM program to drive financial performance and exceed KPIs
• Motivate and develop the team through goal setting, performance management and accountability
• Oversee all HR functions, scheduling and day-to-day store operations to ensure service and operational standards
• Monitor market trends and local competitors and execute strategic business plans to drive incremental sales

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience at a high-end retailer
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a retail team
• Strong customer service orientation and passion for sales, footwear and accessories
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to execute CRM-driven strategies
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem solving and organizational skills
