Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.
• Drive sales performance, analyze KPIs, and create action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Build client relationships through clienteling, CRM strategies, and community events.
• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, performance management, inventory, store operations, and loss prevention.
• Partner with merchandising and visual teams to maintain product availability and brand standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in store management or a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to achieve results, develop teams, and understand store performance and KPIs.
• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and client relationship skills.
