Store Manager - Sawgrass

Summary

The Store Manager will provide confident and inspiring leadership to a luxury retail team, driving exceptional customer service, sales performance and store operations. This role requires strong communication, coaching and relationship building skills with an appreciation for luxury goods and high end clientele. The manager will develop the client base, oversee daily store activities and ensure standards of presentation and service are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Manage the selling environment and ensure adherence to floor assignments and service standards
• Maximize staff sales performance through coaching product knowledge and selling techniques
• Monitor individual transaction statistics and provide feedback to Sales Professionals
• Support sales staff in achieving goals and supervise suggestive selling processes
• Enforce store policies procedures and operational directives consistently
• Develop and implement outreach plans including thank you notes telephone and email goals
• Lead by example to maintain a respectful and high standard selling environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years selling and management experience in luxury retail
• Proven professional sales development and coaching skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation
• College degree preferred
