Store Manager - Soho

Summary

The Store Manager will lead the SoHo store to grow brand awareness and drive sales and profitability through strong leadership, merchandising, inventory and expense control. This role is responsible for building a high-performance team, delivering premium customer experiences and executing omni channel initiatives to achieve business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure high operational standards
• Achieve sales goals and maximize productivity through business analysis and action
• Develop and maintain merchandising and inventory control to drive profitability
• Lead clienteling and client outreach to grow long term business
• Recruit, train and develop store associates to create a premium selling culture
• Set a positive and productive team environment and performance expectations
• Coordinate store logistics to ensure the store is fully operational
• Drive omni channel services and initiatives with the store team

Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail; ability to lead and develop teams
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge in premium denim
• Ability to self-manage, navigate ambiguity and embrace change
• Customer focused with strong client relationship skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
