<p><u>General Purpose of the Position:</u></p>

<p>The Store Manager is accountable for delivering commercial targets and store P&L by defining and executing the store strategy and roadmap. Drives elevated client experience and consistent brand standards across all touchpoints, ensuring excellence in selling ceremony standards, visual merchandising and service. Develops the management team, setting clear priorities, monitoring performance and ensuring accountability over time. Governs store operations with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance and internal controls, taking timely action to sustain performance and mitigate risks.</p>

Skills and Abilities Required

5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.

Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.

Ability to travel and work weekends.

Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

<p><u>Compensation</u></p>

<p>Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.</p>

<p>Salary: USD $155,000 per year <br><br>While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $155,000 per year.</p>
